 Cathryn "Cat" Dale
Cathryn Cat" Dale started her Real Estate career in 1984. During the market crash of that period of time she worked as a Fannie Mae Bank REO Realtor. Her job was to totally refurbish the stripped properties and get them into "like new" condition on a minimal budget. She did contracting management for all the projects and once completed, proceeded to market them for rapid sale. She then began to refurbish and resell her own properties once the Real Estate market turned around. Her specialty became working with investors that were remodeling, repairing properties and reselling them and other builders that were doing new construction.
She later went on to obtain her own Contractors license and while continuing in Real Estate sales she also built and resold her own "Speculative homes".
In 1994 she relocated to North Palm Beach Florida and resumed Real Estate Sales. In 1996 she opened up a Branch Office for a Mortgage Company and opened up her own sales office that continued until 2007.
Amongst other designations in the Real Estate profession, "Cat" has also obtained her "Transnational Referral Certification". She also sells Real Estate retirement homes and pre-construction investments properties in Panama. Through a U.S. based marketing company, she has access to all the contacts needed to either retire in Panama or see it as a second home or just an investment opportunity since their economy is incredibly strong.

Judy came to Delray Beach in 1986 with a strong real estate background. She grew up in North Carolina as the daughter of a prominent builder/broker, and became a licensed Realtor in Maryland prior to moving to Delray Beach where she immediately obtained my Florida license. Judy's area of expertise is in residential real estate in Palm Beach County, or more specifically, Delray Beach, Gulfstream, Ocean Ridge, Manalapan, South Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach and Boca Raton.
