Broken Sound is tailored to meet the needs of both year-round and seasonal residents. Golf: Broken Sound provides its residents with two 18-hole regulation golf courses. The "Club Course" and the "Old Course". Redesigned by Gene Bates, the east course measures 6,510 with a par of 72, while the west course measures 6,895 yards with a par of 72. The east and west course have a rating of 71.5 and 73.2 respectively and a slope of 130. Both courses feature Bermuda grass greens and fairways. The Clubhouse: Broken Sounds offers dining at the Main Clubhouse and the Centre Court Café. The Main 60,000 sq ft. Clubhouse features a living room for intimate drinks, a dining room, a banquet room and the 19th Hole Grille. The dining room can accommodate as many as 450 guests while the banquet room on the second floor can be reserved for special occasions. The 19th Hole Grille offers breakfast and lunch to guests. The Centre Court Café offers casual indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fitness Center & Pool: The club features a 16,500 square foot fitness center allows members to maintain health and wellness.
